lack of towels

The location was perfect for our family, allowing us to easily explore Florence with our two little kids. We loved visiting the Uffizi and relaxing at the nearby Boboli Gardens, which offered a spacious area for our kids to play.

In my kids' opinion, having more towels would have been helpful.
